Russell Marlin

Mr. Marlin was born and raised in Searcy, Arkansas, where he worked as a cabinet maker for 20 years.  He graduated from Regents College of the University of New York in 1996 and then graduated with honors from U.A.L.R. School of Law in 2000.  He passed the bar and obtained his Arkansas law license that same year.  He has been employed at Gary Eubanks & Associates ever since and currently serves as the firm’s Vice President.  Together with Gary Holt he has tried and won some of the largest tort verdicts in Arkansas history.  His practice focuses on trial work, class actions, research, appeals, pharmaceutical litigation, tobacco litigation and he participates in a managerial capacity.  He serves as national Liaison Counsel for the Hormone Therapy Multi-District Litigation.  He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of American, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association
