Gary Eubanks & Associates was founded in 1979 with the message of bringing the best possible legal representation to the average person. Our president, Gary Holt, has been with the firm since 1981, working his way up from simple auto accident cases to winning a 19 million dollar verdict against a tobacco company. This verdict, and a 12.5 million dollar verdict against a trucking company, not only gained Gary national recognition, but also serve as excellent examples of our commitment to representing individuals against overwhelming defendants. He was named Trial Lawyer of the year for 2004 and 2005.
Hugh Spinks, Jr. has been with the firm since its inception. He was named Outstanding Trial Lawyer of the Year for 2000-2001 by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. Hugh represents clients in medical malpractice cases. In addition to many large settlements, his cases have resulted in several multi-million dollar verdicts.
