Connie Grace

Connie Grace was born and grew up in Arkansas.   She received a B.M.E. from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, where she graduated with honors, followed by a Masters degree at Louisiana State University, graduating with high honors.   Prior to practicing law, she taught in the Arkansas public schools and later earned top sales representative for three consecutive years at Seasons, Inc., in Little Rock, and was also  International Sales & Marketing Manager at that company.

Ms. Grace received her Juris Doctorate degree in 1997, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law with honors, where she also received C.J.S. awards in civil procedure and property law and other top paper awards.  She was assistant survey editor for the Law Journal published Employment Discrimination, UALR Law Journal Vol. 19:4. 

While in law school, she clerked for the Honorable Andre Layton Roaf and Justice Annabel Clinton Imber at the Arkansas Supreme Court. After law school, she clerked for Arkansas Supreme Court Justice Don Corbin.           

Since 1999, Ms. Grace has practiced in civil litigation for the plaintiff’s side in the areas of personal injury, nursing home litigation, business torts, and employment law.  She has been as associate attorney with Gary Eubanks & Associates since 2005.   In 2006, she graduated from Trial Lawyers College founded by Gerry Spence at Thunderhead Ranch in Wyoming.         

Ms. Grace is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals since 1997.  Representative cases include Sturgis v. Clifton, Arkansas Court of Appeals, Case No. CA00-00981(2002).    She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.  She has served in various committees in these organizations, including past Vice-President of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association New Lawyers Division.   She is also an active member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Little Rock.
