Connie Grace concentrates her practice in personal injury, insurance law, products liability, and employment law, with 100% of her practice devoted to litigation. She graduated with honors from Henderson State University and high honors with a master’s degree at Louisiana State University. She received her Juris Doctorate degree and law license in 1997, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law, graduating from law school with honors. Her numerous top paper awards in law school included C.J.S. awards in civil procedure and property law. She was assistant survey editor for the Law Journal published Employment Discrimination, UALR Law Journal Vol. 19:4.
From 1996-99, Ms. Grace clerked at the Arkansas Supreme Court. Since 1999, she has practiced civil litigation exclusively for the plaintiff’s side and has been with Gary Eubanks & Associates since 2005. She was certified by Trial Lawyers College founded by Gerry Spence at Thunderhead Ranch in Wyoming in 2006, and the Trial Lawyers College Graduate Seminar in 2008.
Ms. Grace is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Representative cases include Sturgis v. Clifton, Arkansas Court of Appeals, Case No. CA00-00981(2002). She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and has served in various committees in these organizations.
